# Manage your account

**Everything you need to know about your eeva subscription —** what you get, how to change it, and how to cancel.

eeva offers a subscription for **just \$10/year** to unlock the full power of your household AI assistant. Here's the quick rundown on managing your plan.

## View your plan

Subscriptions are managed through your device’s app store.

**On iPhone or iPad:**

1. Open **Settings**
2. Tap your **name** at the top
3. Tap **Subscriptions**
4. Look for **eeva**

There you’ll see your subscription status, renewal date, and options to manage or cancel.

Your eeva subscription gives you access to:

## Subscribing to eeva

When you first create your account, you’ll start with **a  free 14-day trial**.

Once the trial ends, eeva will show a subscription prompt where you can choose to subscribe for \$10/year. You’ll then confirm the purchase through the App Store (iOS).

Your access will continue immediately once the subscription is confirmed.

#### Cancelling your subscription

We'd hate to see you go, but we'll make it easy:

**On iPhone or iPad:**

1. Open **Settings**
2. Tap your **name**
3. Tap **Subscriptions**
4. Select **eeva**
5. Tap **Cancel Subscription**

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds, but no surprise charges either.

<Note>
  **Important:** Cancelling through the App Store is the only way to stop billing. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
