# Consult your calendar (Time Tab)

**See your whole schedule in one place — events, tasks with deadlines, and connected calendars all together.**

The Time tab is eeva's calendar view. If you've connected your Google, Apple, or Outlook calendar, all those events live here alongside anything you create in eeva. One view, everything in one place.

## Calendar views

You can switch between three views depending on how much you want to see:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Day view">
    A detailed look at today (or any day you tap into). See your events and tasks hour by hour.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Week view">
    A detailed look at today (or any day you tap into). See your events and tasks hour by hour.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Month view">
    The big picture. Quickly see which days have events and tap any day to zoom in.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Switch between views using the toggle at the top of the Time tab.

## What shows up here

* **Events** you create in eeva
* **Events from connected calendars** (Google, Apple, Outlook)
* **Tasks with deadlines** — If a task has a due date, it shows up on that day in your calendar

This means your Time tab is the single source of truth for "what's happening when."

## Working with events and tasks

### Viewing details

Tap any event or task to see its full details — time, description, attendees, linked items, and more.

### Marking tasks complete

Got a task with a deadline that's done? Tap it and mark it as **complete**. It'll update everywhere — Home tab, Time tab, and any linked spaces or contacts.

### Editing

<u>Tap</u> an event or task, then edit any field — change the time, add attendees, update the description. Your changes sync across eeva and your connected calendars.

## Multiple calendars

If you've connected more than one calendar (say, personal + work), all events appear together in the Time tab. This gives you the full picture so you're not flipping between apps to figure out if Tuesday afternoon is actually free.

<Tip>
  **Tip:** Tasks with deadlines are your secret weapon. They show up in your calendar just like events, so you can see everything you need to do and everywhere you need to be — all on one screen.
