Running into something weird? Here are the most common questions and fixes.

I can’t log in

Forgot your password? Tap Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset steps. You’ll get a code via email — enter it and set a new password. Signed up with Google or Apple? Make sure you’re tapping Continue with Google or Continue with Apple (whichever you used originally) instead of trying to log in with email and password. Still stuck? Double-check that you’re using the same email you signed up with. If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, you’ll need to sign in with Apple — not with the hidden email address directly.

My calendar isn’t syncing

  1. Go to the Time tab and check if your calendar is still connected
  2. Make sure you’ve granted eeva permission to access your calendar
  3. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the calendar
  4. Check your internet connection — syncing needs you to be online
If events still aren’t showing up, try closing and reopening the app. Calendar sync can sometimes take a moment to catch up.

Braindump didn’t create the right items

Our braindump feature uses AI to interpret what you said, and it’s pretty good — but not perfect. If something ended up as a note when it should’ve been a task (or vice versa):
  1. Find the item in your Home feed
  2. Tap it to open the details
  3. Edit or recreate it as the correct type
Over time, the more you use the braindump, the better eeva gets at understanding what you mean.

The app is slow or crashing

Tip: Before reaching out to support, try the basics — update the app, restart it, and check your internet connection. You’d be surprised how often that does the trick.

I accidentally deleted something

If you deleted a task, event, or note by mistake, check your recent activity on the Home tab — you may be able to find and recreate it. For anything critical, reach out to support and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I use eeva on Android?

Not yet, but it’s on our roadmap. Right now eeva is available on iOS. Stay tuned — we’ll announce Android availability when it’s ready.

Can I share eeva with my household?

Yes! eeva is designed for shared households. You can invite family members or housemates to join your household so everyone sees the same tasks, events, and spaces. Check out our Invite your household doc.
