eeva keeps your insurance policies in one place so the details are there when you need them — a claim, a renewal, a phone call. Add home, life, car, health, or any other policy, and eeva warns you before it renews. You reach insurance from the Home tab.

Open your policies

From the Home tab, tap the “Insurance” card. If you haven’t added anything, you’ll see “No policies yet” with “Add your first policy” and suggestions for “Home Insurance”, “Life Insurance”, and “Car Insurance”. Tap the + to add one.

Add a policy

You can let eeva fill in the details from your policy document, or type them in yourself.
1

Start a new policy

Tap + to open “Add Insurance Policy”.
2

Upload the document (optional)

Upload the policy document first and eeva fills in the details for you — “Upload policy document and we’ll fill in the details for you” (JPG, PNG or PDF). eeva reads the document and pre-fills what it can; anything it isn’t fully sure about is flagged “Please review” so you can check it before saving. You can skip this and type everything in instead.
3

Fill in the details

Enter the required “Carrier”, “Coverage type” (Home, Life, Car, Health, Other, or type your own), and “Policy number”. Add the “Start date”, “Renewal date”, and “Premium” with “Monthly” or “Yearly” billing.
4

Save

Tap “Save policy”.
The details eeva tracks depend on the policy type. A home policy can hold the property address and coverage amount, a life policy can hold beneficiaries, an auto policy can hold the vehicle, and a health policy can hold a member ID. Everything beyond the basics is optional.

Renewal reminders

eeva warns you 30 days before a policy renews with “Heads up! Your policy is expiring soon.” — so you have time to review coverage or shop around before it rolls over.

Edit a policy

Open a policy to edit its sections inline: the property address (home policies only), “Insurance Provider” (Company, Phone Number, Email), “Coverage Details” notes, “Policy Details” (type, policy number, dates, premium, coverage, and an “Auto Renew” toggle), and the “Policy document”. You can link a provider — like your agent or broker — to a policy, so their contact details are one tap away. See Providers.
Deleting a policy is permanent. Open the policy, tap the ⋮ menu, and choose “Delete Policy”.
