Deleting your account permanently removes your eeva account and its data. It’s a two-step process with an email confirmation code. Find it in Settings → Delete Account.
This is permanent. “Deleting your account also deletes your data after 7 days and it cannot be recovered.” Export a copy first if you want to keep anything.
Export your data before you start — go to Privacy & data and tap Export my data.

What gets deleted

The first step lists what’s removed:
  • All appliances & service history
  • Tasks, saved information, and files
  • Safety recall monitoring

Delete your account

1

Open Delete Account

Tap your profile avatar on the Dashboard to open Settings, then scroll down and tap the red Delete Account.
2

Acknowledge and continue

Review what gets deleted, then check “I understand this cannot be undone. I want to permanently delete my account.” Tap Continue — eeva emails you a code.
3

Enter the code

Enter the 4-digit code from your email.
4

Delete

Tap Delete my account.
If you’re an admin with other active household members, you must transfer admin rights to another member before you can delete. Do this from Household access.

I didn’t get the confirmation code

The code goes to your account email. Check your spam folder, confirm your email on the Profile screen, and start the deletion again to get a new code.

It won’t let me delete because I’m an admin

If you’re the admin and other members are still active, eeva asks you to transfer admin rights to another member first. Open Household access to do that, then return to Delete Account.

Can I get my data back after deleting?

No. After the 7-day window your data is permanently gone and can’t be recovered. Export it beforehand from Privacy & data if you want a copy.
