On the login screen, choose the forgot-password option and tap Send email. eeva emails you a code.

That email isn’t registered. Check for typos and try the address you signed up with. If you originally joined with Google or Apple, use that button to sign in instead of email.

The code you entered doesn’t match. Recheck the code in your email, watch for extra spaces, and request a new one if it’s expired.

Tap your profile avatar on the Dashboard to open Settings, then tap Log Out.
Manage household members and roles
Everyone in your household shares the same home and has full access. There are two roles: Admin (the owner) and Member. Invites are sent by email from Settings → Household Access.Household access
Invite people, see pending invites, and remove members.
Export your data
You can export your data anytime from Settings → Privacy & Data. eeva emails you a link to an .xlsx file, and the link expires in 24 hours. Your data is stored in Japan.Delete your account
Deleting is permanent. Export a copy first if you want to keep anything. Go to Settings → Delete Account. eeva emails you a link to download your data as part of the process.If you’re the account admin and there are other active members, you must transfer admin rights to someone else before you can delete. Do this from Household access first.
